  1. Amazing, Glenn, as usual. Coaches and trainers are teaching “Don’t try to be the best in your industry.” “Don’t see your competition as a competitor; rather, form alliances to help them in their business, and they in turn may help you succeed.” My Dad always said, “If it’s worth doing, do it with excellence.” In other words, do your very best to be the best, always. There’s much to be said for strategic action, going beyond what everyone else does. That’s creative, using imagination, and applying wisdom to set one apart from the crowd.

    • HI Susanne:

In all honesty, I don’t even know who my competitors are anymore. When you are to busy leading, you don’t care about competition. One of the fastest ways I know how to create a leadership role in your industry of coaching and training is to create a coaching and co-branding program. This is something I cover extensively at The Canadian Lake Home Intensives. Thank you for your kind words!
